We are hiring 2 FULL TIME PREP COOKS for our South Pasadena Commisary and Cafe.
Prep Cook A (Sun,Mon,Tue,Wed) 11am-7:30pm OFF ON Thur, Fri, Sat
Prep Cook B (Wed,Thur, Fri, Sat) 11am–7:30pm OFF ON Sun, Mon, Tue South Pasadena café and commissary kitchen serves both our stores. Real volume: 400 lb chicken/wk, 100 lb bacon, short rib, roast beef, soups, chili, sauces, dressings, deli salads, shawarma, falafel. All recipes and prep schedule available. You need knife skills, organization, cleanliness and a team forward attitude.
Self-direction required.
2+ yrs kitchen experience required.
