Travel Physical Therapist - $2,365 per week

Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist Location: Franklin, Indiana Job Summary MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment starting July 27, 2026. The role involves assessing and treating patients under physician orders while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, documenting medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Develop and administer individualized treatment plans with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, documenting their progress. Educate patients and their families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Collaborate with disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Requirements Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE pass. Graduated from an accredited program. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as Registered Physical Therapist / PT, or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification. Other client‑specific requirements may apply.
