Landscape Install ForemanReports to: Landscape SupervisorResponsibilitiesReceives and reviews jobs sheets from Landscape Supervisor.Loads, unloads and drives landscape trucks to and from jobs, ensuring proper materials, supplies, and equipment are availableMaintains accurate records of crew travel time, equipment hours, installation time, etc. for customer billingPrepares plants, fertilizes, waters and mulches all landscape plantings as required.Installs rock walls, landscape lighting, ponds/water features. May perform basic irrigation work.Operates skidsteers, rototillers, trenchers, chainsaws, sod cutters, brick saws, and any other landscape equipment necessaryCommunicates with customers to confirm customer preferences and job specifications.Snow Removal, including snow plowing and shoveling in the winter monthsOther duties as requiredEducation/ ExperiencePrevious landscaping experienceKnowledge/ Skills/AbilitiesBasic Plant KnowledgeValid Kansas CDL or ability to get oneAble to operate skid steerAble to operate landscape equipmentAble to lift 80+ pounds on a regular basis
