Other Certifications/Specialty certifications requirements? CCM (certified case manager) preferred but not required
Case load/# patients per day/consults per day: 8-10
EMR: Meditech
Do you require InterQual criteria or Milliman experience: No
Is this position for UR, discharge planning, or both? UR and discharge planning. UR for NOA's
What areas do they cover (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Home Care, etc.) Inpatient, observation and swing bed
Common types of patients & job duties: COPD, CHF, Debility for swing bed patients
Experience or 'Must have' skills: Insurance portal experience + 2 years of experience
Is there a CM Manager/Supervisor on each shift? No
Shifts & Scheduling: Monday-Friday schedule. 0700-1530. No weekends, holidays or call
Weekend Requirements No

Scrub Color/Dress Code Any or business casual
RT for DC Planning? No
Pharmacy for DC Planning? Yes
How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation? 2-3
Additional Notes: We have a market Care Manager who will be a mentor and available to answer any questions that arise while on assignment.
