In this position, you will have the following job duties:

• Transport vehicles to and from the lot in a safe manner.
• Help move cars around the lot to help keep it organized.
• Communicate with other employees in this market to ensure teamwork.

Our Transportation/Rollback Drivers are equipped with all of the tools that they need to be successful. United offers Agent training, a fleet of state of the art trucks, and the latest technological tools that have been custom designed to assist our drivers in maximizing their earning potential and performance. Our newly hired drivers will experience intensive training at our corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN (travel, meals, and accommodation are covered by United). During the five day training, you will meet with internal operations that will serve as your support while in the field. You will experience hands on training in a classroom environment and in the field. In the classroom, you will get a better understanding of this position and the tools you will use to succeed.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• A self-starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision.
• An individual with basic mechanical skill. Don't worry we'll teach you all you need to know about strapping up a car.
• A naturally curious soul. Someone who is willing to dig-in and take the extra step necessary to achieve success.
• An excellent communicator. Information is power and the ability to clearly communicate the knowledge makes you a power-player in the field.

What you need:

• Be 23 years of age or older with a clean driving record to be approved by our insurance.
• The ability to pass a DOT Physical.
• 1 year rollback wrecker service.
• Ability to operate rollback wrecker to ensure secure safe transportation of vehicle.
