Job Type: Full-time Summary of Responsibilities Consult with prospective clients and lead them through a comprehensive estate planning process. Provide expert legal advice and deliver superior estate planning and asset protection work products. Research, design, and create complex, customized estate plans tailored to each client’s needs. Guide clients through the probate process with clear, actionable advice. Represent clients in uncontested guardianship and probate hearings. Create wills, trusts, and powers of attorney; educate clients on retirement, charitable giving, and insurance options. Maintain detailed, organized records of client interactions and case progress. Required Qualifications Active North Carolina Bar license 5+ years in estate planning, probate & trust administration J.D.
