We are currently seeking candidates for an Operations Supervisor at its Mohawk Texas Facility located in Irving, Texas.

Reporting to an Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor will be a "Proven Leader" who will supervise the filling operation for our liquid production department. Position will also contribute to continuous improvement in the organization.

Responsibilities and experience: Manage hourly associates in warehouse and equipment production (timecards, disciplinary, etc.) Supervise equipment refurbishment process Supervise receiving, order pulling, filling, and freight checking Perform departmental inspections Work on streamlining processes in warehouse and equipment refurbishment for efficient work flows Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree – Engineering degree preferred 2 years of production supervision experience preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience.
