Mid-Senior Business Immigration Lawyer (New York)

Milstein Law Group (MLG) is a New York City business immigration law firm representing corporate clients and individuals in employment-based and family-based matters. We are seeking a Senior Business Immigration Attorney to join our New York City office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage a high-volume corporate immigration caseload from intake through adjudication

• Prepare and file O-1, EB-1A, and National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, including strategy, evidentiary development, and responses to RFEs and NOIDs

• Oversee family-based immigrant petitions and naturalization applications

• Attend in-person interviews in New York City

• Advise corporate clients on immigration strategy and compliance

• Supervise, train, and mentor paralegals and office staff

WHAT IS REQUIRED

• Juris Doctor and admission in good standing to the bar of any U.S. state

• Minimum of 5 years of immigration law experience, including high-volume corporate matters

• Extensive experience with O-1, EB-1A, and NIW petitions

• Experience overseeing family-based cases and naturalizations

• Ability to attend in-person interviews in New York City

• Strong research, writing, and client communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines

WORK ARRANGEMENT

This is an in-office position. Candidates must be able to work from our New York City office at least 3 days per week.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Salary range: $175,000 to $200,000 per year
