Work Location & Hours Texas Health Alliance, 10864 Texas Health Trail, Fort Worth, TX 76244. Full‑time, five days a week with 6 to 6.5‑hour shifts. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition or related area (required). Experience: 1 year of healthcare experience (preferred). Licenses and Certifications: RD (Registered Dietitian) and LD (Licensed Dietitian) – 6 months required. Skills Apply all steps of the Nutrition Care Process in a clinical setting to improve patient outcomes. Effective oral and written communication. Sufficient computer skills for nutrition software and electronic health record systems. Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration in trans‑professional teams. Strong customer service skills. Ability to manage stressful situations. Responsibilities Utilize the Nutrition Care Process to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to assigned patient populations. Promote teamwork and support organizational goals by demonstrating flexibility in scheduling and shift assignments. Willingly take on work to even out case load or meet schedule deadlines when indicated. Collaborate with peers to ensure essential shifts are covered. Promote safe and effective care through effective communication and workflow practices, including THR specific and High Reliability Organization (HRO) communication and safety strategies. Promote Quality in Practice through systematic measurement of outcomes, regular performance evaluations, and continuous improvement. Maintain competence through ongoing self‑evaluation and study to close relevant professional knowledge and performance gaps.
