General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in fast-casual concepts
2+ years of leadership experience, managing 10+ team members
Experience with inventory
Excellent integrity and character
Fantastic communication skills
Passion for genuine hospitality
Fluent English
Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

P&L and cost control
Microsoft Office
Training and developing
Community and local networking
