Overview Position: Registered Nurse Location: Kansas City, KS Department: ICU Shifts Available: Days & Nights Pay: up to $672 –$768 gross pay per shift; equivalent to $56.00 – $64.00 per hour. Triage and quickly assess situations, make decisions, and solve problems efficiently in high-pressure environments. Cooperation with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Aid in resuscitative efforts, including CPR and the use of defibrillators. Prepare and maintain equipment for emergency interventions (e.g., intubation, central line placement). Assist in patient stabilization for conditions like trauma, cardiac arrest, and acute illnesses. Prioritize patient care based on acuity level using triage protocols. Qualifications ICU RN- EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Current and valid state RN License.2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.3. Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.4. Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation required.5.
