Senior IT Portfolio & Governance Lead

Responsibilities
- Support and improve IT portfolio governance processes including demand intake and prioritization
- Maintain portfolio data integrity and prepare reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics
- Facilitate continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and governance practices
- Develop and maintain PMO templates, knowledge assets, and governance documentation
- Provide training and guidance to project managers and teams on PMO processes and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years supporting PMO operations, portfolio management, or governance functions
- 3-5 years experience with project and portfolio management methodologies
- Experience preparing portfolio reports, governance materials, and executive presentations
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
