Brand Activation Manager Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA (ZIP 70801) Requisition ID: View phone number on click.appcast.io | Total Compensation: USD $68,640.00 – $78,000.00 per year | Position Type: Full Time | Category: Field Operations/Field Management | Position Status: Open until filled Summary The Brand Activation Manager is responsible for staffing, training, and motivating part‑time Adult Beverage Brand Ambassadors to drive execution through one‑to‑one consumer engagement occasions for an assigned market. The role manages the hiring, training, performance evaluation, and reporting of Brand Ambassadors and ensures completion of all deliverables and activation metrics. Key focus is on building client relationships and driving measurable activation results through outstanding activation execution. Responsibilities Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and develop Brand Ambassador team, including creating weekly schedules and managing payroll and event approvals. Train and coordinate Brand Ambassadors on product knowledge, merchandising, sampling protocols, and safety. Plan and execute sampling events, ensuring Brand Ambassadors are equipped with necessary materials and meet performance objectives. Travel within the market up to 50% of the time to conduct BA development, activation audits, performance reviews, and client relationships. Maintain records and produce regular reports and presentations to highlight program success, areas for improvement, and financial performance. Collaborate with agency and client field‑management teams to align coverage models, budgets, and strategic priorities. Conduct weekly conference calls with district managers and local teams to communicate updates and priorities. Work with support operations to develop budgets, track expenses, and enforce a safe work environment to reduce claims. Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, maintaining consistency and visibility across accounts. Provide supervisory functions: hire, retain, train, coach, guide direct and indirect reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 2–4 years of experience in the alcohol or beverage industry, or in agency, retail, CPG, or consumer‑electronics environment. Proven experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training Brand Ambassadors. Strong team‑building, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven setting. Experience creating weekly schedules and approving event pay rolls. Proficiency in using reporting tools and financial controls. Must be able to travel essential duties and serve as a safe work environment; travel up to 50%. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and sit for extended periods (66%+ of the time). Environmental & Physical Requirements The role is largely office‑based (sedentary).
