Pacific Medical Group – Tigard , part of the family-owned Praxis Health network, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our friendly and well-established team. Located in one of the most diverse and growing suburbs of Portland, our outpatient clinic is known for delivering exceptional care to individuals and families across generations—all in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

What We Offer:

• Compensation:
  • 12-month base salary guarantee with practice ramp up: $270,000
  • Salary range of established physicians: $270,000 - $320,000/yr
• 36 patient hours over a 4 day workweek

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

• Highly-engaged MD/DO physician, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Passionate about whole-person, community-based care
• Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
• Excited to join a mission-driven team with strong values and deep community roots
• Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Respect for patient's confidentiality
• Compassionate and approachable
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

This position performs tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids and/or tissues. All employees performing these duties are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series.
