What You’ll Do As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on the Topic Activation path within BCG’s Public Sector practice, you will support a growing global team by providing digital and technology expertise, analysis and advisory. You’ll act as a thought partner and content expert to case and proposal teams, help structure and solve complex issues, contribute to proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials, and support the Center for Digital Government in developing intellectual property and training junior colleagues. You’re Good At Solving client problems by formulating research and analytical approaches in technology and digital strategy for the public sector Communicating with case teams and stakeholders in a credible and confident manner Working collaboratively in a virtual, agile group dynamic Bringing a curious, creative mindset and proposing innovative ideas Navigating complexity and ambiguity What You’ll Bring 2+ years of consulting experience in government IT or digital strategy (or 3+ years of industry experience) Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) Fluency in English and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. federal government security clearance Strong business acumen, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment Who You’ll Work With You will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG, including clients in all levels of government (federal, state, local). Total compensation includes a bonus up to 16%, retirement contributions starting at 5% and growing to 10% after two years, and a market‑leading benefits package.
