- Lead, train, and grow a high-performance sales team.
- Hold the team accountable to proven sales processes (no shortcuts here).
- Have daily one-on-one check-ins with each team member to coach, motivate, and develop skills.
- Create a fun employee environment that inspires growth and teamwork.
- Ensure every customer enjoys a world-class purchase experience they'll want to tell their friends about.
- Drive consistent phone follow-up with clients still searching for a vehicle .
- Ensure after-purchase follow-up calls are made to build lasting relationships and repeat business.

- Automotive dealership experience is required .
- Sales Manager experience is preferred -but we'll train the right candidate who's hungry to win.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
