What You’ll Do (Server Responsibilities) Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude Present menus and answer questions about food, drinks, and specials Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary needs Deliver food and drinks promptly with proper presentation Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas Process payments and handle cash accurately using the POS system Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages Assist with opening and closing duties, restocking, and setup Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced restaurant environment Friendly, positive, and team‑oriented attitude Weekend, evening, and holiday availability POS experience is helpful but not required ServSafe certification preferred but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods Lift and carry trays of food and beverages Bend, reach, and twist for cleaning and setup tasks Must be 19+ years old Must have or be able to obtain an Indiana Liquor License Employee discounts on meals and merchandise Opportunities for growth and advancement within Big Woods Restaurants Strong local brand with a loyal guest base Supportive team environment Consistent hours and steady business Clear opportunities to grow within the company #J-18808-Ljbffr Quaff On!
