R10093769 Warehouse Maintenance Associate (Open) Location: Levittown, PA - Warehouse - (SAF) Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00–4:30pm Recruiter: Ladedra Walthall, View email address on click.appcast.io | View phone number on click.appcast.io Responsibilities Perform facility repair and upkeep tasks such as HVAC filter changes, cleanings, belt replacements, and minor plumbing repairs. Manage routine electrical and structural upkeep, changing light bulbs and ballasts and performing minor repairs like painting and door adjustments. Maintain the exterior environment by spot‑cleaning weeds and debris, and assist with snow clearing at walkways and entrances. Build collaborative partnerships with external contractors for facility repair, maintenance, and improvement activities including snow plowing, landscaping, drainage, HVAC/plumbing, and electrical work. Contribute to safety initiatives and small projects related to facility safety to protect staff and visitors. Support small projects that advance production supply chain efficiency and overall flow through the plant. Help care for and manage the inventory of critical spares, tracking usage and reordering as necessary. Guide and support completion of daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance (PM) routines. Upload necessary documentation into the maintenance management system to keep records accurate and accessible. Support and advance safety, health, and environmental programs and help guide inspections (fire extinguishers, walking surfaces, housekeeping) to comply with HSE policies. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of relevant experience. Safety mindset. Comfortable using a computer – e‑mail, Google Apps, information systems navigation. Preferred Qualifications Experience with pumps, instrumentation, and controls. Good verbal and communication skills; teamwork and interpersonal skills.
