Manager, Operations - Workforce Intelligence

Position Summary As a Manager, Operations in the Workforce Intelligence team, you will lead the execution and iteration of the Labor Generation department within the WFM team. Your role will involve designing and maintaining labor placement strategies to improve productivity and cost efficiency at the department level. You will perform additional job‑related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock compensation. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations or a related field and either 2 years’ experience in operations, project management or a related area or 4 years’ experience in operations, project management or a related area.
