Burgundy French Bakery & Cafe

Job Description

Burgundy French Bakery & Cafe is looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a positive attitude and a genuine smile
Has experience in customer service
Enjoys interacting with customers and creating a welcoming experience
Is confident and good at sales and recommending products
Is energetic, reliable , and motivated
Works well in a team and can multitask in a busy bakery environment
Takes pride in providing excellent service
Is passionate about food, pastries, and hospitality

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude
Take orders and process payments accurately
Explain our pastries, breads, beverages, and menu items
Recommend products and help increase sales
Keep the front counter and dining area clean and organized
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
Package pastries and customer orders carefully
Provide excellent customer service from beginning to end
