Foster Care Coordinator

Responsibilities Support, guidance, coordination, and intervention to assigned youth and families in the Foster Care program. Performance will be measured by individual outcomes and contribution to overall program team/department. Display trauma-informed practices and principles in interactions with customers, peers, and leadership. Ensure documentation for all foster children meets regulatory compliance. Manage health record, treatment plans, and authorizations adhering to policy and effective crises response as needed. Requirements Must have a valid Driver License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department you are in. Education requirement for this individual contributor role is: Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software, excellent written and oral communication skills. Meets designation as a Qualified Professional in NC. All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.
