Healthcare Quality & Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a Healthcare Quality Compliance Specialist who thrives in structured environments and understands how to navigate internal healthcare systems, workflows, and regulatory processes. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining compliance, supporting audits, and ensuring our internal systems and documentation align with all federal and state requirements. What You'll Do Manage and maintain internal compliance systems and documentation across regulatory areas (HRSA, HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, FTCA, UDS) Track and analyze quality metrics and performance data using internal systems Support audits, site visits, and accreditation by ensuring documentation is audit-ready Monitor and document incidents, risks, and patient complaints Identify care gaps using EHR and reporting systems and support corrective actions Coordinate and track staff compliance training (HIPAA, safety, infection control, etc.) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and system efficiency Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership using system-generated data Work regularly with key healthcare performance measures, including: Experience with UDS (Uniform Data System) Measures, HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) and Internal KPIs What We're Looking For Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience working with healthcare systems, compliance tracking, or quality reporting Experience with electronic health records (EHR), EPIC or similar systems preferred Ability to manage and improve internal tracking systems and workflows Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel proficiency required) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Why Join Us?
