Your Responsibilities:

• The number one goal of a team leader is to ensure that each customer is receiving a remarkable experience in a refreshingly clean environment at all times
• Support restaurant leadership team with day-to-day operation
• Execute the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
• Regularly motivates and encourages the team
• Become skilled at conflict resolution
• Handles personal conflict in the appropriate manner
• Possess the ability to delegate responsibilities and tasks to others, and sees to it that they are completed in a timely manner (Inspect what you expect)
• Leads by example. Expected to exhibit CORE 4 and 2nd Mile Service and ensure that every team member is exhibiting these behaviors.
• Treats all team members with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
• Must be able to open restaurant 5:45 am or close 11 pm

REQUIREMENTS

• Job Requirements:
• Desire to learn and grow
• Hospitality Experience (preferred)
• Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
• Ability to open or close (5:45am to 11:00pm)

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
