Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist specializing in inpatient and outpatient services is sought for a position in Wild Rose, Wisconsin. The role involves working primarily in outpatient caseloads with potential inpatient coverage, across a mixed-unit setting that includes swing bed and outpatient services. The position offers a standard schedule of eight-hour days, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for four ten-hour shifts if needed.

• Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday; consideration for 4x10-hour days if needed

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Shift: 8-hour days (may include 10-hour days for 7 weeks)
• Float: Float rotation may be required within the facility based on skillset, to all ThedaCare facilities
• Minimum Experience: 3+ years of Physical Therapy (PT) experience required; open to new graduates
• Certifications and Licenses: Wisconsin Physical Therapist license and American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required
• Charting Experience: EPIC experience required
• Education: Masters Degree in Physical Therapy
• Additional Notes: No travelers who are coming from a staff position at a facility within a 50-mile radius of the organizational headquarters in Neenah, WI; at least one completed contract as a traveler is required.
• Unit Overview: The role involves working in a unit with a combination of inpatient, swing bed, and outpatient services, mainly outpatient, with occasional inpatient coverage. Each outpatient treatment typically lasts 30 minutes, and evaluations are 60 minutes. Inpatient sessions may last approximately 2 hours with 2-4 patients scheduled. The expected patient load is 10-12 patients daily.
• Billing: Coverage from Sunday through Saturday, with unbillable orientation hours, which are not guaranteed.
