Master European Automotive Technician (JLR, Mercedes, Porsche, Audi/VW, BMW) - Blair Automotive

Description

Master European Auto Technician – Blair Automotive

Let’s get straight to it.

Blair Automotive is the highest producing independent European repair group in Texas, with locations in Carrollton, Plano, and Grapevine. We have built that reputation by doing the right thing, taking care of our people, and holding a higher standard than anyone else in this business. Our shops serve some of the most affluent communities in North Texas, clients who expect the best and pay for it. From beautifully remodeled, dealership-level customer spaces to lean, fast-moving service operations, every location is staffed by disciplined, high-level producers who take pride in clean work, flawless execution, and accountability. The bar here is high every single day, and that is exactly how we like it.

We are looking for a true European master level technician. Audi Master Guild, BMW Level 1, Porsche Gold, Mercedes Master, JLR or someone clearly on their way there.

Simply put, I have been exactly where you are right now, as a Master Guild Audi technician cranking away at the dealer. I built our shops to do it the right way. No red tape BS from warranty admins, no clueless service managers trying to do your job for you. We have created a collaborative environment where the technicians are the ones in control of their own destiny and how things flow through the shop. My goal is to give my team the flexibility to maximize their creativity in solving our customers’ problems.

You will have every factory scan tool, all the special tools, and every piece of equipment you need to do the job right. ODIS, ISTA, PIWIS, Xentry, all of it. Our facility is air conditioned, spotless, and built by technicians, for technicians.

You're never on your own

Even the best technicians run into challenging diagnostics.

That's why every technician at Blair Automotive is backed by Alloy Techs, our dedicated internal diagnostic and programming support team.

Equipped with factory-level European OEM diagnostic platforms, programming capabilities, and advanced remote support tools, Alloy Techs can assist with even the most complex drivability, electrical, network communication, and programming challenges.

That means less time chasing difficult problems, more confidence in your diagnosis, and the support you need to perform at the highest level. You're never left to figure it out alone.

Pay and Benefits

• $50 to $60 per flat rate hour plus production bonuses
• Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
• 401k with company match
• 2 weeks PTO and 6 paid holidays
• Paid factory training
• Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses for the right tech
• No weekends

If you don’t live in Texas, we can fix that too. We offer relocation packages that make it easy to make the move.

If you are tired of broken tools, clueless managers, and dealership politics, this is where you find out what you are really capable of. We don’t do warranty admin games, we don’t do excuses, and we don’t carry dead weight.

We protect our culture. If you show up, produce, and help your team win, you will make more money and grow faster than anywhere else in the industry. If you make excuses or carry a victim mindset, you will not last here.

If you think you have what it takes to be part of defying the impossible every single day, then reach out. I started my first shop in a storage shed with one lift and the whole world against me. My boss at the dealer told me I would never make it when I put in my two weeks’ notice. Well look at us now. You can succeed by doing the right things and taking care of people. Who knew it could be so simple.

This is your chance to be part of something that actually matters.

Blair Automotive isn’t for everyone. But if you are one of the best, it might be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
