Quality Complaints Senior Associate

Responsibilities Receive, clean, and evaluate product complaint return samples, including photographs, x-rays, and written inspections. Interface with various sites and business partners. Manage complaint return sample inventory. Author technical assessment reports. Clean and prepare shipment inventory for delivery to patients via the Mail Center. Document receipt of incoming packages from complainants and open packages in BSC. Confirm the received unit is solicited and perform appropriate inspection based on complaint code. File samples in storage and clean/prep Biomailers. Support destruction and reconciliation of inventory monthly. Monitor lab consumable inventory. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Typically 1+ years of related quality assurance or manufacturing experience in a GMP pharmaceutical or medical device industry. Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets Attention to Detail Self‑motivated Team player Compensation and Benefits $27.00 - $29.00/hr. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
