If so, lets start the conversation./ppIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist to join our DMS Imaging Centers team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and scanning physical documents into digital formats, playing a vital part in our information conversion objectives. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on transforming hard copy records into high-quality electronic images./ppIn this role, you will:/pulliPrepare hard copy records for scanning by accurately sorting, removing staples, and ensuring all documents are maintained in the correct order and sequence./liliOperate scanning equipment to convert physical files into high-quality electronic images, ensuring all output meets strict quality standards./liliFollow all production procedures, complete internal tracking documentation, and adhere to Imaging Center guidelines for a clean and secure work environment./li/ulpThe ideal candidate will have:/pulliA High School diploma or equivalent./liliThe ability to remove staples, sort, file, and box records while maintaining accuracy, combined with basic familiarity with Personal Computers (PC)./liliA strong focus on detail and accuracy, with the proven ability to work independently at a sustained pace to meet production rates./liliProficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English, the flexibility to work overtime (OT) or weekends as needed, and the physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs frequently./li/ulpWhat We Offer:/pulliRate of Pay: $16hr; No Benefits to Start (Temp to Perm)/liliShift: 6am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday./li/ulpNote: This position is not eligible for benefits until conversion to a permanent role./ppJoin us at the Mountain, where our culture and values are practiced and respected every day./ppUS: Iron Mountain is an equal opportunity employer, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, marital status, age, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status or other legally protected classifications under applicable federal, state, or local laws in making employment decisions./p/div
