Compensation Details $13.75 - $14.75 Hourly Exempt : Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass. Paid bi‑weekly (unless state law requires otherwise). Non‑Exempt : Commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. Paid bi‑weekly (unless state law requires otherwise). Job Description Chuck E. Cheese (CEC) seeks Server roles to provide excellent service while delivering food to guests. Servers are cross‑trained in multiple positions, and over 60% of managers are promoted from within. Servers may work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Minimum Qualifications Be at least 16 years of age. Available to work various shifts. Excellent customer service skills. Energetic and enthusiastic personality. Essential Job Functions and Work Environment Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during the scheduled shift. Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during the scheduled shift. Must handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co‑workers in a fast‑paced environment featuring flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
