This full-time contract position allows you to collaborate with a diverse group of K-12 students, tailoring interventions to help them thrive both in and outside the classroom.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR) licensure from the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE)
• Strong background providing OT services in school settings
• Experience managing a varied caseload across multiple grade levels, preferably K-12
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Collaborative mindset to partner with educators, support staff, and families
• Ability to adapt and problem-solve within dynamic environments

Role Highlights:

• Serve a caseload of approximately 45–60 students, with assignments determined by individual service minutes
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions onsite
• Assess students’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans to support functional participation in educational settings
• Collaborate with special education teams to integrate OT into students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with district and regulatory standards
• Support student transitions and participate in team meetings as a valued resource
