Contract Developer PositionClient is looking for a well-rounded contract developer to work on several projects. We have enhancement work and new product development scheduled over the next 6-12 months. Some of the work may include DGS Billing Phase V, CUBS Phase III, Bulk Bill Printing for Finance. Assignments will be based on experience of the selected candidate.Required Technical Skills and ExperienceExpert level Angular,.NET Core (C#), Visual Studio, JavaScript, TypeScriptExtensive, recent experience with a distributed source control system, preferably GitExtensive knowledge of and experience with SQL Server development, including intermediate to advanced skill in Transact SQLUnderstands Single Page Application ArchitectureExperience working with modern security authentication managers and protocols such as SAML / OAuth / Certificate AuthorizationPosition DescriptionPerforms with distinction as a well-rounded software developerDevelops new features in a complex, object oriented, multi-tier or Web applicationsTranslates business requirements and established architectural patterns into detailed designsDevelops enhancements and support services on existing code and understands the customer business process to troubleshoot reported problemsPerforms all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Functional RequirementsProficient at gathering, documenting, and clarifying software requirementsAble to work with minimal supervision to deliver a quality software product on time and on budgetPossesses clear, concise verbal and written communication skillsMaintains a positive, can-do attitudePossesses a high regard for customer satisfactionMaintains excellent reliability and attendance habitsWilling to work on site in downtown Sacramento, but remote work possible due to COVID-19 related State recommendationsRequired Skills:.NET, C#, Java. Additional Skills: JavaScript Developer, JavaScript,.Net Developer. This is a high priority requisition.
