In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing a unified, global implementation and learning engine that directly influences product adoption and secures long-term revenue growth. You will transform complex training models into a scalable digital ecosystem, directly impacting the way millions of professionals interact with our AECO solutions.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Design and govern a single, world-class onboarding framework that is adaptable across different languages, cultures, and regional AECO regulations.

• Establish the global standards for customer and partner certifications to ensure a high bar for implementation quality worldwide.

• Direct the creation of industry-leading, paid training programs tailored to key AECO personas to accelerate product adoption.

• Full accountability for the Training business unit revenue and gross margin while ensuring alignment with global sales cycles.

• Recruit and lead a global team of Onboarding Managers, Instructional Designers, and Trainers across multiple time zones.

Essential Skills & Experience

• You have 8+ years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Implementation, or Professional Services Enablement within a B2B SaaS environment.

• You have proven experience managing a multi-million dollar training profit and loss statement with a focus on maximizing gross margins through digital scalability.

• You have deep familiarity with AECO workflows and the digital transformation challenges within these sectors.

• You hold a Bachelor degree in Education, Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus Points For

• Experience overseeing instructional design using frameworks like ADDIE or SAM.

• Proficiency with modern Learning Management Systems, Professional Services Automation tools, and Customer Relationship Management platforms like Salesforce.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
