Be part of an innovative, forward-thinking rehab program Work with new neurorehab and cognitive therapy technology Help shape a modern, patient-centered approach to care Collaborate with a supportive, growth-oriented team What you’ll do: Deliver personalized therapy programs for personal care residents Integrate interactive/gamified tools into treatment plans Support patients with neuro conditions and cognitive decline Contribute to a dynamic, evolving care model Help with development and education on screening processes What we’re looking for: Licensed PT Passion for innovation in rehab and patient engagement Strong teamwork and communication skills Responsibilities Responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Functions under a physicians order. Required Skills Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment required. Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required. Additional Qualifications/Skills Knowledge of one (1) year of experience preferred Skilled Nursing Facility Medicare skilled services requirements preferred. Ability to project a professional image. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
