Marketing Project Manager

Advanced Wireless Communications is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role serves as a key connector between Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure projects, launches, campaigns, and product initiatives move forward successfully and on time.

This is a hands-on project management and execution role with real ownership. You will help create structure, build processes, coordinate timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed across multiple teams. In addition to managing projects and launches, this role will support the creation and organization of marketing and product-related materials using established templates and brand guidelines.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, comfortable making decisions, and able to keep momentum moving even when information or priorities shift.

This role can be hybrid for the right candidate but requires strong communication, collaboration, and ownership.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and coordinate marketing and product-related projects from planning through execution including:

• Build project timelines, workflows, and launch plans
• Coordinate deliverables across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales
• Track progress, identify gaps, and ensure deadlines are met
• Help create scalable processes and improve workflow efficiency
• Keep projects moving forward in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Gather and organize technical and product information from internal teams
• Translate complex information into clear, usable marketing and support materials
• Support go-to-market initiatives and launch readiness
• Coordinate creation and updates of product documentation, sales materials, guides, labels, and supporting collateral
• Design and format materials using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop while following brand standards and templates
• Support creation of product-related visual assets and videos
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure materials remain accurate and up to date
• Communicate project status, timelines, and priorities clearly across teams

• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate and drive progress across teams
• Ability to identify gaps, solve problems, and move projects forward independently
• Comfortable working with incomplete information and adapting quickly
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience coordinating marketing, product, creative, or cross-functional projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop required
• Ability to create and format professional collateral using templates and brand standards
• Experience in technical, product-focused, manufacturing, or B2B environments is a plus
• Applicants must be located in the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul area or open to occasional travel to our Lakeville, MN headquarters

Additional Information

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check. The anticipated salary range for this role is $58,000–$68,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and overall fit.
