Senior AI Memory Systems Engineer
Micron Technology Inc
Micron Technology, Inc. in San Jose seeks a Systems Engineer to join the DRAM Systems Engineering team. You will develop, evaluate and optimize next‑generation memory systems for AI accelerators, focusing on hardware architecture, OS interactions, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities include characterizing AI inference workloads, building tiered memory hierarchies, and prototyping agentic AI workflows. Strong C/C++ and Python programming and Linux experience are required.
