Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Position Overview Perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures. Responsibilities include nuclear medicine patient care, RIS data management, file room duties, general clerical work, physician assistance, patient transportation, and other related duties as necessary. Qualifications Certification: ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) specialized in Radiology or Nuclear Medicine, or Registry Eligible for ARRT, or within 6 months; NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine) within 6 months; Nuclear Medicine License; BLS (Basic Life Support). Education: Associate’s degree in Nuclear Medicine. Credentials BLS (Basic Life Support). Nuclear Medicine license in the state of Florida. ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) – relevant specialty or within 6 months; or NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine) – registry eligible or within 6 months. Experience Clinical related experience. Hospital related experience (nonessential). Position Details Facility: BayCare Health System, Nuclear Medicine – BRMC. Location: Bartow Med Ctr. Status: Part Time, Exempt: No. Shift Hours: 6 or 8 hour shifts, Shift 1 (Days), 2 (Evenings), 3 (Nights), 4 (Varies). Weekend Work: Occasional. On Call: Yes. Remote: Never.
