Springville Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our dynamic team. Work Environment
You will primarily engage with clients in a remote outpatient setting, allowing flexibility and accessibility for both you and those you serve. While working from home, you will also integrate seamlessly with our supportive team, participating in regular virtual meetings and consults to share insights and strategies for client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, tailored to each client’s specific circumstances.
- Facilitate progress monitoring and adjust therapeutic goals according to clients' evolving needs and therapeutic journeys.
- Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who prefer or require virtual session options due to accessibility issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client sessions, aligning with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Engage in continual professional development, enriching your clinical skills through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultation.

Qualifications
- A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
- The ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to clients' experiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, essential for effective caseload management.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in utilizing specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant techniques.
- A background in teletherapy and familiarity with remote therapeutic platforms to ensure seamless virtual sessions.
- Previous experience working with diverse populations and various mental health issues.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
- A $3,000 sign-on bonus for newly hired licensed therapists joining our practice.
