Job Overview A law firm seeks an attorney to join its Energy and Infrastructure practice in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have experience in energy projects related to renewables and energy storage, with a focus on energy offtake work, including renewable energy power purchase agreements and energy storage offtake agreements. Duties Draft and negotiate renewable energy power purchase agreements. Advise clients on energy storage offtake agreements. Collaborate with clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Engage in resource adequacy sales agreements and hedging agreements. Requirements 3-9+ years of relevant experience in energy projects. Excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of the office location is required. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications State Bar membership in good standing. Skills Strong negotiation and drafting skills. Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
