What You’ll Do Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards Use hand tools and pneumatic assembly tools Perform troubleshooting and machine setups Maintain accurate records for counts and quality control Following safety protocols and contributing to a clean, organized workspace Shifts Available 2nd Shift – Monday through Thursday 3pm – 1:30am 3rd Shift – Monday night through Friday morning 9pm – 7:30am Requirements Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift up to 50lbs to load and unload material Understand basic math Dexterity: must be able to work with hands to handle parts and use controls on machines Able to complete setups and troubleshoot on mills and/or lathes Why Join RBC AeroComponents?
