Your Role as a Pediatric Medical Assistant (MA-C / RMA)

You'll be the steady, skilled presence that keeps our pediatric clinic running smoothly. From the moment a family walks in, you're the bridge between them and their provider. You'll handle back-office tasks with precision and heart—rooming patients, taking vitals, and preparing exam rooms. But you'll also go deeper:

• Perform injections, EKGs, ear lavage, and blood draws (all within your Washington State scope).
• Manage patient flow like a pro—pre-visit prep, in-visit support, and post-visit follow-through.
• Keep providers in the loop on schedule changes, so no family waits longer than they should.
• Use your Epic EMR knowledge (preferred) to document and coordinate care seamlessly.

What You Bring

- Active Washington State MA-C credential (national certifications welcome, but you'll need state DOH approval).

- 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience, specifically in pediatrics.

- Current HCP CPR certification (because safety is non-negotiable).

- A knack for juggling tasks without losing your smile—because kids and parents need both.

- Compensation: $21–$35.50/hour, based on experience. Plus shift differentials: $2.10/hr evenings, $3/hr nights, $2.25/hr weekends.

- Schedule: Full-time, 7:45am–5:15pm—so you'll have evenings free to explore.
