Order x-rays, lab studies, therapeutic diets, therapy services, and nursing services. Initiate arrangements for admissions, complete forms and charts, and provide continuing care services. Administer medication and transmit prescriptions from supervising physician to lawful furnishers. Recognize emergencies requiring immediate physician attention and institute life‑saving treatment procedures.
