Job Responsibilities:

• Forecast and plan service parts via MRP system.
• Maintain accurate materials and parts master data.
• Analyze inventory levels, usage, lead-times, and demand.
• Daily review of backlog beyond automated system triggers.
• Interface with internal supply planning teams for timely fulfillment.
• Communicate parts availability, order status, shipping, and delivery details to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reports in Tableau, SAP, and Excel.
• Create purchase orders, stock transfer orders, and track orders.
• Monitor service parts inventory against open purchase orders.
• Prepare weekly KPI reports

Skills:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience (administrative or secretarial).
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Effective team player, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills required.
• Advanced in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) required.
• Advanced knowledge of common office procedures.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and conversions.
• Advanced skills in conference/meeting arrangements.
• Advanced skills in arranging travel, both domestic and international.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering preferred).
• 2–3 years in materials planning, purchasing, or repair parts expediting.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP for purchasing and inventory.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal).
• Excel expertise (analysis, reporting, pivot tables, etc.).
• Industry experience in repair operations or service parts.
• Tableau experience.
