About the Role As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be a key leader in our field operations, overseeing daily waste collection activities and ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to advancement-ideal for someone eager to grow into senior leadership within 1-3 years. What You'll Do: As an Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in running safe, efficient daily operations: * Lead and supervise drivers and crews in solid waste collection operations * Oversee daily routing, staffing, and productivity; adjust in real time as needed * Champion safety by setting goals, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance * Perform field inspections to verify work quality and safety standards * Handle customer concerns and drive resolution with urgency and professionalism * Coach, develop, and manage employee performance * Support strategic planning through short- and long-term operational goals * Ensure compliance with environmental, OSHA, and local regulatory requirements What You Bring * Willingness to relocate for career advancement * Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) * Experience in transportation, trucking, logistics, or related operations * CDL Class B (or ability to obtain within 90 days) * Strong communication and leadership skills * Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Excel and business systems To be considered for any of our current openings you must complete an application at Application information and additional instructions can be found once you select your position of interest.
