Benefits: Employee discounts Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Server: Here\'s what you\'ll do: Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to take care of them Know regulars by name; know their preferences and needs Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy Take food and beverage orders and enter orders in the POS Ensure great guest experience by following the company's 10 steps of service Assist in answeing phones Communicate regularly with your tables and anticipate their needs Regularly refill drinks, clear the table, and going above and beyond guest expectations Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant Sanatize and adhere to all safe food handling standards Qualifications: Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
