Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive pulmonary care to patients in post-acute care settings while collaborating closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams.
