Anesthesiology Associates of Tallahassee (AAoT) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our growing team in Tallahassee, Florida. AAoT is a well-established, clinician‑led group that provides comprehensive anesthesia services at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, HCA Florida Capital Hospital, and several ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) in the community. Top Compensation in the State – Eligible for profit sharing after 18 months for significant compensation increase $100k Start Date Bonus + Relocation Bonus Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 34 Physicians and 99 Anesthetists. Cases include General Surgery, Trauma, OB, Orthopedics, Hearts, Endoscopy, Pediatrics, Neurology. Physician must be cardiac proficient/capable – TEE certification not required; should be willing to do cardiac with echo. In house call 2‑3 times per month with post call day off. 11 weeks PTO; benefit eligible on start date, no waiting period. Generous CME and Florida licensure assistance.
