Job Description:
The client is seeking a senior, hands-on Amazon Media Manager to own end-to-end execution and optimization across both Sponsored Search and DSP in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
Job Summary
Own hands-on execution and optimization across Sponsored Search and Amazon DSP campaigns
Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns directly in Amazon Ads Console, DSP, and Skai
Manage bids, budgets, pacing, keywords, audiences, targeting, and structure across high-volume activity
Monitor performance daily and make real-time adjustments against revenue, ROAS, efficiency, and client KPIs
Translate performance trends into clear, actionable optimization opportunities
Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, pacing, setup, and performance issues independently
Partner closely with the client and internal agency team while providing senior-level oversight and QA
Minimum Requirements:
5-6 years of hands-on Amazon media experience
Deep hands-on expertise in both Amazon Sponsored Search and DSP (both required)
Advanced experience building and optimizing directly within Amazon's ad platforms
Strong hands-on experience with Skai (Pacvue experience considered comparable)
Experience managing complex, high-volume Amazon accounts
Strong understanding of retail media performance metrics including ROAS, sales, pacing, budget efficiency, targeting, and optimization
Senior-level client communication skills with confidence managing demanding, sophisticated clients
Preferred Qualifications:
Availability to work in PST time zone
Strong QA and troubleshooting capabilities without reliance on junior team support
