Registered Nurse Operating Room

$1836.00/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized perioperative nursing care in a busy surgical unit, supporting a variety of procedures including neurosurgery, urology, and general surgery. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes through skilled clinical practices and adherence to policies. Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare and maintain sterile environments. Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to clinical changes. Document patient assessments and procedural findings accurately in EMR. Follow unit policies, safety protocols, and dress code requirements. Participate in on-call shifts and weekend call coverage as needed. Qualifications: Valid RN license and/or CST certification required. At least 1 year of OR nursing experience preferred. Demonstrate strong clinical skills in neurosurgery, urology, or general surgery. Detail-oriented with excellent attention to patient safety and hygiene standards. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Motivated with a professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
