About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Loan Operations to lead and oversee its global loan processing functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction by leading strategic initiatives to scale operations, enhance controls, and improve efficiency across multiple regions. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely and accurate loan processing, as well as driving transformation projects such as automation, system integration, and workflow optimization. The Senior Vice President will also manage global teams, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and performance reviews, and will serve as an escalation point for complex or high-risk transactions. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Loan Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CFA preferred. A minimum of 12 years' progressive experience in loan operations, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles, is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of syndicated loans, private credit, and bilateral lending processes, as well as a proven track record of managing global teams and driving operational improvements. Strong project management skills, experience with system implementations, and exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential. The role also demands the ability to contribute to strategic direction through governance committees and initiatives, and experience with automation tools and systems is a plus.
