Job Position: Welder Job Type: Full-Time Location: Lennox, SD 57039 Pay Rate: $22.00/hr + $2.00/hr Night Shift Differential Job Summary: Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Occasional overtime on Fridays Description: We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. This position involves welding steel parts used to build farm and livestock equipment, including gates, panels, fencing, and cattle feeders. The ideal candidate has welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce quality work in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG and flux-core welding on steel components
- Weld and assemble farm and livestock equipment parts
- Read and follow blueprints and measurements
- Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
- Use tape measures and basic tools
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Welding experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure required
- Basic blueprint reading skills required
- Ability to pass a weld test
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Must have safety-toe work shoes or boots
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
