About This Role The Nurse Manager is responsible for leading high-quality nursing care in the outpatient infusion setting, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a collaborative environment. Highlights Location: Neptune, NJ Facility: Jersey Shore University Medical Center Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Oversee 24/7 accountability for assigned unit(s). Manage daily operations and interprofessional collaboration. Execute policies and procedures related to nursing care. Monitor nursing standards of practice and compliance. Develop and evaluate budgetary and financial priorities. Promote cost-effective use of organizational resources. Supervise and evaluate educational programs and evidence-based practices. Support the Magnet Program and shared governance model. Address complaints and opportunities for improvement. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Requirements Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing required, MSN preferred Experience: Two (2) or more years of managerial experience required Outpatient Oncology infusion experience required Licenses & Certifications: Current and valid RN license in the State of NJ required CPR/BLS certification required OCN preferred ONS chemo/bio card preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr IntelliResume
